Introduction

When I started programming my Palm, I searched the Internet for documentation. I've found very much information, but usually I had to combine information from two or more sources and do some trial and error, before I found how I should make the things that I wanted to make.

I've written this pages as a report of my efforts in the hope I will be usefull for other starters on the Palm platform. There is no garanty that the information on this pages is correct. Use them on your own risk. Corrections and other comments are welcome. My e-mail address is toni@dse.nl.

I've choosen to use the GCC enviroment, and all the tools that go with it. Mostely because it is free/open software. Knowledge of the C programming language is assumed. Specific Palm issues are discussed.

I haven't noted where I've found the information I use in this pages, so I'm not able to acknowledge specific authors. I can only thank everbody that has put information on the Internet.
