RSI Clock

RSI Clock is a Palm application that warns when it's time take a break from your computer work. This with the intention to prevent RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury).

New in version 1.1

In this version MIDI records, instead of system sound, are used to warn you. This means you can download other sounds (like Geek Sounds) or even create your own (for example with HoHo).

The new version of RSI Clock uses the MIDI records. If you are using PalmOS version 2.0 all the sound are replaced by the system alarm sound. RSI Clock 1.0 gives you the choice between all the system sounds. The 1.0 manual is also available.
